How does the process work?

  1. Prep your items (clean, in-season, excellent condition).
  2. Book an appointment (we review up to 30 items per appointment).
  3. We review your items on-site based on brand, condition, and current demand.
  4. You get a same-day offer for accepted items.
  5. Choose your payout: same-day cash or store credit (bonus).

How many items can I bring?

Please bring 40 items or fewer per appointment. This helps us stay on time and evaluate each item carefully. If you have more than 40 items you would like to bring we ask that you book back-to-back appointments.

What condition do my items need to be in?

We accept items that are freshly laundered, free of strong odors, and in excellent condition.

We typically cannot accept items with:

  • Stains
  • Holes or tears.
  • Heavy pilling.
  • Broken zippers.
  • Missing buttons.
  • Heavy pet hair.
  • Smoke or mildew odors.

How does the process work?

Earn instant cash or 40% in trade value. We offer 30% of what we price the items in cash. We pay a higher percentage for brands like LuLu Lemon, Free People or Anthropologie. We pay a little less for mass produced brands.

How do you decide pricing and payouts?

We base offers on:

  • Brand and original quality.
  • Condition
  • Current demand (what’s selling right now).
  • Seasonality
  • Comparable pricing in our store.

What's the benefit of store credit?

Store credit is the best way to maximize your payout.

  • You receive store credit with a bonus.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • You can use store credit on anything in the shop, including home and gift.

Can I drop off my items at any time?

Due to our limited staff we do not accept drop-ins at this time. In order to sell with us it must be by appointment only.

How do I bring in my items?

We ask that you bring your items in a reusable bin or bag and not a garbage bag. All items must be neatly folded. No hangers.

What items do you take?

We love modern high quality brands. Such as Everlane, Madewell, and Athleta. Along with brands like Zara, ASOS, Aerie and other middle of the way brands. We also have a more in-depth list on our Brand and Guidelines page.

What sizes do you take?

We accept all sizes 000-20 and XS to XXL. We of course also accept plus size! We prefer gently used clothing or clothing new with tags.

Do you take kids clothes?

Yes, we do accept kids clothes but in order to sell your kids clothes with us you need to book the appointment through Little Threads, not Threaded Women's.

Do you take Mens clothes?

Yes, we do accept Mens clothes but in order to sell your Mens clothes with us you need to book the appointment through our Mens Calender, not the womens calender. You will see all three options; Mens, womens and kids before you book!

What are you currently accepting right now?

Our needs change seasonally.

  • Please check our “Now Accepting” list (updated regularly) before you book.
  • Even if we love a brand, we may pass if an item is out of season or we’re overstocked in that category.
