Heavy Sweaters and Jackets, Boots, Winter Coats, Turtlenecks, Flannel Shirts, Thermal Wear

What Happens to Items We Don't Accept:
You will need to take those items with you. If you are looking to get rid of those items ASAP we suggest donating to Mission Thrift!

Prep Your Clothes

What we look for:

  • Clean, freshly laundered items
  • No visible wear, stains, pilling, or damage
  • Current styles and in-season items
  • Sizes XS–3X (we especially need sizes 12+ and petite!)

What to bring:

  • Maximum 40 items per appointment
  • Items in a bin, box, or reusable bag (no plastic bags, please).

You have two options for accepted items:

Cash: Get paid the same day at our standard rate

Store Credit: Store Credit: Earn up to 20% more when you choose store credit instead of cash. Spend on anything in our store (never expires)!

We base our offers on brand, condition, current trends, and what's selling in our store. Our goal is fair pricing that works for both sellers and shoppers.

Laundered

  • All items must be freshly cleaned and ready to sell.
  • Check for stains, odors, pet hair, and visible wear before bringing items.
  • Items should be in the same condition you'd expect to buy them.
  • We cannot accept items that need cleaning or repairs.

Bin/box/reusable bag

  • Bring your items in a container you can take home with you.
  • This helps you transport any items we don't accept.
  • Keep items organized and protected during transport.
  • Avoid loose items or disposable bags.

In-season

  • Check our "Now Accepting" seasonal list before your appointment.
  • We focus on current and upcoming season items that match customer shopping patterns.
  • This list is updated regularly .throughout the year—always verify before booking.
  • Out-of-season items typically won't be accepted even if they're from accepted brands.
